3.7 传统医学

(1)中医

如本书第3 章所述,现代健康医学的起源之一是中医,目前中医药和经络调理、禅武医等在健康医学中已得到了充分运用。

·中医功法经络调理

通过专家医师独家手法,从根源出发,采用能量点穴、解穴、摩腹运气、拍打疗法等方式,以汗法开路,再行疏通,沟通三焦,软坚消疾,即所谓汗法为君,泻发为臣,散发为佐,补法为使,实现人体营(营养物质)、卫(卫外作用)、气(人的真气)、血(由水谷之精微变化而成的物质)的平衡,促使周流全身,循环不息,营养和护卫人体,维持人体正常的生理机能,加快人体的自组织修复和稳态平衡过程。

·御元丹

御元丹是一种延年益寿的药物,药材精选自各地名贵中药,服用1~3 个月,就能够起到强身健体、益气健脾、补肾强骨、活血通脉、延缓衰老、提高机体免疫力的作用,可显著提高整体健康水平,帮助包括癌症患者在内的各类疾病患者的康复,因此在健康医学中得到广泛应用。

·生物电疗(经络电疗)

经络电疗法是一种特殊的保健康复新方法,无需服用任何药物,属于没有任何不良反应的纯绿色享受型疗法,主要是通过人体的经络传导使电能量充分发挥保健治疗作用。实际上,生物电是生命体最基本的特征之一,如果体内不存在电位差和生物电传导,生命也不复存在。

人类的健康和寿命在一定程度上取决于人体内电量的水平和平衡,健康者应电位/阴阳平衡,因为人体是由40~60 万亿个不同的细胞组成,细胞膜内外的正常电位差,是各种营养素、代谢物、离子转运和能量产生所必需的。很多疾病和亚健康状态,是由细胞膜电位差异常引发的。生物经络电疗通过把电能导入人体,能帮助维持正常生命活动所需要的细胞电位和充足能量并提高人体免疫力,也能帮助打通经络、通畅气血、祛风散寒、活血化瘀、消肿止痛,达到快速康复的保健效果。

生物/经络电疗机理:

1)通经活络。经络是气血运行的通道,可将气血输送到人体的各个部位,发挥营内卫外的功能,具有协调内外,平衡阴阳的作用。中医理论认为:“痛者不通,通则不痛。”如果经络不通就会导致气血运行受阻,临床上出现病态。生物经络电疗可将患者的经络在瞬间打通,快速产生“通则不痛”的功效。

2)电位平衡。人体内每一个细胞都有特定电位,而心电与脑电的差异更为明显。当人体处于疾病状态时,许多细胞的电位会出现异常。经络电疗法通过调整电位差,使各种细胞的内外电位保持正常。

3)促进血液循环。将生物电导入体内之后,可使皮肤的小动脉血管扩张、改善微循环、提高细胞膜通透性,进而使营养物质的转运、代谢和能量产生加快,显著提升机体健康水平。生物电的传导也可促使肌肉收缩和舒张,促进气血和体液的流动循环。

4)分子重塑。人体是由200 多种总计约40 万亿个细胞组成,而每一个细胞都是由有特定结构的各种分子组成,并按一定的细胞周期规律进行细胞分裂形成子代细胞,以及程序性死亡(凋亡)。经络电疗法能使各种生物大分子以及小分子代谢物处于稳态平衡,并使在疾病状态中处于失衡的各种生物分子进行重塑,达到自组织修复和稳态平衡,也就是传统中医学所说的协调内外、平衡阴阳的作用。

5)净化机体。电疗过程可在一定程度上加快人体血液循环和代谢速度,使代谢产生的毒物、废物得以有效清除并使营养物质快速进入细胞,最终使机体内具有毒性的物质得以清除,机体内微环境保持平衡以及健康状态得以提升。

生物/经络电疗的功效:

1)生物电疗对人体健康的益处包括,使肌肉的收缩/伸展、循环系统、呼吸系统、内分泌系统、免疫系统、消化系统、泌尿系统和神经系统均发生一系列正面变化,有效提高整体健康水平,延缓衰老。

2)通电时体内发生的电磁和电化学效应,使血管扩张、血液循环加快以及血流量增加,可改善心脑血管功能。

3)经络电疗对人体施加的电能,可以调整和帮助人体保持中医学上的阴阳平衡,具有调神、调体、调息的多重功效。

在健康医学中使用的生物电疗,是利用经络学原理,集电磁效应、针灸、按摩、药理疗法和手法于一体的新疗法,为保健、理疗和抗衰老开辟了一条新路,可用于风湿、类风湿、脑血栓后遗症、面瘫、失眠、滑囊炎、腰椎间盘突出、腰腿痛、颈椎病、肩周炎、扭伤等多种病症的辅助治疗,也可用于美容和皮肤抗衰老等。

·禅武医

禅武医使用达摩养生功(易筋经),对包括渐冻症在内的各种病症进行针对性治疗,在健康医学中禅武医治疗模式包括①改变筋骨,通过修炼丹田真气打通全身经络的内功;②法师传授,患者康复期内坚持锻炼;③运用自身本能修复/维护经络、气血畅通; ④促进五脏六腑调和,加强全身营养吸收,改善肌肉萎缩,延缓病变,防止反弹。

禅武医的干预也可同时使用“菩惠圣饮”能量浓缩液。

菩惠圣饮属于少林古秘方,主要药材有菩提树果、无花果、人参、冬虫夏草。主要成分为多种氨基酸、酶、苷类化合物和其他营养物质。主要功能包括①增强患者机体能量;②修复神经细胞;③调节和快速提升免疫力。

实际上,健康医学对某些疾病的干预,并非使用单一疗法,而是包括多种干预手段的组合疗法。如对渐冻症(肌萎缩脊髓侧索硬化症)的治疗,使用的是禅武医+综合干预,包括禅武医+菩惠圣饮能量剂+达摩养生功+等微子颐养舱+生物电疗+氧疗(OPL)+神经干细胞。

(2)自然疗法与顺势疗法

·自然疗法

自然疗法是现代健康医学的源头之一。自然疗法与中医有许多相似之处,核心理念是以人为本,强调维持身体健康和预防疾病,而现代西医是以疾病对抗为核心,重点放在当机体出现疾病时,如何确诊和治疗,因此这两种医疗体系在学术理论观念和技术手段上大相径庭。

自然疗法中的元素平衡疗法,通过补充必需元素(包括基础营养素、微量营养素和矿物元素等),促进体内的循环、运动、神经、消化、内分泌、呼吸、泌尿、生殖各个系统达到最佳状态,保持代谢和微循环的自然平衡,从而实现疾病自愈。人体内基本元素平衡的内容包括:①某种特殊元素的含量在体内必须处于最佳水平,任何一种元素的过量或缺失都会致病,只有各种元素的体内含量完全满足机体的稳态平衡,才能达到最佳健康;②按照人体保持正常生理功能的自然需求,使各种元素的补充和摄取符合最佳配比,能够发挥各自的特定作用和功能,只有这样才能使身体各个系统协调运转,处于最佳健康状态。由于食物、水、空气和各种环境因素的影响,包括基础营养素、微量营养素和矿物元素在内的许多基本元素极易产生过量或匮乏的不平衡状态,因而造成亚健康、临床病症、中毒甚至早亡。采用自然医学的元素平衡疗法可以有效治疗或缓解许多慢病,包括心血管疾病、癌症、糖尿病、高血压和痛风等。

·顺势疗法

顺势疗法的核心内容之一是自愈能力法则,即“所有物质都一样,微小剂量起刺激作用,中等剂量起抑制作用,大剂量起杀灭作用”[89-90],这个观点与毒物兴奋理论有某些类似之处。顺势疗法药物由惰性物质组成(通常是乳糖),在制备时令一滴顺势疗法液体制剂蒸发。在药物Zicam 中,含有两种稀释的顺势治疗制剂:乙酸锌(2X = 1/100 稀释);葡萄糖酸锌(1X=1/10 稀释)[91-92]

此外,根据顺势疗法的最小剂量和相同法则,包括上述两种制剂在内的各种顺势疗法药品,是通过有序振荡和系列稀释工艺制备产生的,没有任何毒副作用;能使健康人致病的制剂,也能治愈罹患相同疾病的患者,这完全取决于制剂的稀释度,在达到极大稀释度时,顺势疗法制剂是有效且安全[93]

顺势疗法符合现代健康医学的定义,以保持机体高水平全优健康为治疗干预目标。顺势疗法药物不直接治疗某一症状或疾病,相反它启动一个过程,刺激并强化人体自愈系统,通过提高自组织修复能力(自愈力),使疾病从不同阶段向健康状态转化,通过治本有效消除各种病症。
