4 癌症的运动干预

植物为主的饮食,包括水果、蔬菜、全麦和豆类,以及其他健康生活方式的改变,比如每天散步30 分钟,每周6 天,可显著降低多种癌症风险。人的血液可以杀死1%~2%的癌细胞,而来自每周艰苦锻炼人群的血液,比不运动的对照组多杀死了2 000%的癌细胞[10]。实际上,仅采用运动这一种干预方式,也会有明显的防癌/抗癌效果,表10-3是目前已知数据的总结。
