White Swan

White Swan is a legend about the origin of the Kazakh ethnic group.In ancient times,there was a leader named Calechabhadr,who was greatly loved and supported by the people.Later,being defeated in the war,his troops being scattered,he walked in the desolate Gobi,lonely and seriously wounded.It was a hot summer day that he was dying of his wounds and hunger in the fiery Gobi desert.Suddenly,a white swan flew from the sky.It gave him a few drops of saliva and guided him to the lake.Khalechhader drank the water and the injury was gone completely.After a while,the white swan suddenly turned into a beautiful girl.The two became husband and wife.They gave birth to a boy,named Kazak,which means“white swan”.Later,Kazak gave birth to three sons,the eldest son named Buickalz,the second son named Akarz,the third son named Jiangalz.(https://www.daowen.com)
