Legend has it that there was a young couple who lived in the mountains and hunted for a living.However,the emperor ordered the young Oroqen hunters to go far away to fight as soldiers.The young wife saw off her husband to the woods.When she could not see her husband,she came back home.Her husband had not returned back for three years,so she missed him.She felt sad for him and made a harpsichord which could comfort her.Since then,the harpsichord has become a popular instrument among the Oroqen people.
