Yang’asha is an epic poem sung by the Miao ethnic people from generation to generation,telling a miserable love story of a passionate girl in Mao ethnic group.People called Yang’asha“clear water girl”,because she was born from the well,very beautiful.When she sang and danced,many birds and animals would come to propose to her.But she refused them.Later,the sun took a fancy to her and sent dark clouds to be the matchmaker.Yang’asha believed what the clouds said and married to the sun.The sun was so powerful that he did not return home for six years after he went into business.The moon,the sun’s constant worker,hardworking and honest,sympathized with her.Later,Yang’asha fell in love with the moon and they fled to a distant place.(https://www.daowen.com)
