2.全球 旅游增长趋缓，但世界旅游经济总量仍很大（The global tourism growth has slowed down，but the world tourism economy is still large）

纵观世界旅游经济，其总量一直在增加，2016年以来，国际旅游人数和国际旅游收入一直呈增长态势，但增长趋缓。

2019年全球入境旅游人次增速同比下降0.5个百分点。2019年全球入境旅游达到13.71亿人次，比上年增长3.4％，增速比2018年下降0.5个百分点。表1-7展示的是2016年以来全球入境旅游收入的增速。

究其原因是多方面的：互联网的普及，旅游目的地（国）预定系统日趋完善；国际航运的发展，让洲际间的旅行时间大大缩短；各国出入境手续趋向简化；国际旅游供给水平已经达到了一个新的高度，各国、各地区旅游接待能力提高。总之，世界旅游业的经济总量不断增加，在世界经济中的地位不断提升，旅游业已经成为国际服务贸易的支柱产业。

同样，近年来全球旅游总收入保持增长势头，旅游业对全球GDP的贡献率超过6.0％（见表1-8），带来的工作机会占全球总就业量的10％。
