地理位置及范围（Geographical Location and Scope）

欧洲旅游区位于亚欧大陆西部。北临北冰洋，西濒大西洋，南隔地中海与非洲相望，东以乌拉尔山脉、乌拉尔河、大高加索山脉、博斯普鲁斯海峡、达达尼尔海峡同亚洲分界。面积为1016万平方千米，面积超过大洋洲，是世界第六大洲。

欧洲旅游区有45个国家和地区。按照地理方位，我们通常把欧洲旅游区分为北欧、南欧、西欧、中欧和东欧五个部分，北欧旅游区指日德兰半岛、斯堪的纳维亚半岛一带。包括冰岛、法罗群岛（丹）、丹麦、挪威、瑞典和芬兰6个国家和地区。南欧旅游区指阿尔卑斯山脉以南的巴尔干半岛、亚平宁半岛、伊比利亚半岛和附近岛屿，包括罗马尼亚、保加利亚、塞尔维亚、黑山、克罗地亚、斯洛文尼亚、波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那、马其顿、阿尔巴尼亚、希腊、意大利、圣马力诺、梵蒂冈、西班牙、葡萄牙、安道尔，马耳他等17个国家和地区。西欧旅游区包括英国、爱尔兰、荷兰、比利时、卢森堡、法国和摩纳哥等7个国家和地区。中欧旅游区包括波兰、捷克、斯洛伐克、匈牙利、德国、奥地利、瑞士、列支敦士登等8个国家和地区。东欧旅游区包括爱沙尼亚、拉脱维亚、立陶宛、白俄罗斯、乌克兰、摩尔多瓦和俄罗斯等7个国家和地区。(https://www.daowen.com)

The Europe Tourism Region is located in the west of Eurasia.It is adjacent to the Arctic Ocean in the north，the Atlantic Ocean in the west.It faces Africa across the Mediterranean Sea.It is bounded by the Ural Mountains，the Ural River，the great Caucasus Mountains，the Bosporus Strait and the Dardanelles Strait in the East.It covers an area of 10160000 km2，and is larger than Oceania，making it the sixth largest continent in the world.

There are 45 countries and regions in the Europe Tourism Region.According to the geographical location，the Europe Tourism Region is usually divided into five parts：Northern Europe，Southern Europe，Western Europe，Central and Eastern Europe.The northern Europe Tourism Region refers to the area of Jutland Peninsula and Scandinavia，including Iceland，the Faroe Islands（Denmark），Denmark，Norway，Sweden and Finland.The southern Europe Tourism Region refers to the Balkans Peninsula，Apennine Peninsula，Iberian Peninsula and nearby islands on the south of Alps.The Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea are on the south and east，and the Atlantic Ocean on the west.I tinclude s17 countries and regions—Romania，Bulgaria，Serbia，Montenegro，Croatia，Slovenia，Bosnia and Herzegovina，Macedonia，Albania，Greece，Italy，San Marino，Vatican，Spain，Portugal，Andorra，Malta.The western Europe Tourism Region includes the United Kingdom，Ireland，the Netherlands，Belgium，Luxembourg，France and Monaco.The centra lEurope Tourism Region includes 8 countries and regions—Poland，Czech Republic，Slovakia，Hungary，Germany，Austria，Switzerland and Liechtenstein.There are seven countries and regions in the eastern Europe Tourism Region—Estonia，Latvia，Lithuania，Belarus，Ukraine，Moldova and Russia.
