投诉信是机关、团体、企事业单位以及公民对某项服务或者商品发生不满时,所写的具名或匿名书面材料。投诉信可以是解决与不良产品或不良客户服务经验有关的问题的有效方法。 如有必要,投诉信也可以作为将来采取法律行动的依据。在书写投诉信时要注意交代清楚投诉原因以及诉求,要掌握投诉相关的正确表达。
