常见工具(量杯、勺等):手是最完美的工具

Common tools (Measuring Cup, spoon, etc.):Hands are the perfect tool.

量匙:量度微少食材的量器,主要分为茶匙和汤匙。清晰刻度明确标示容量,易识别,准确计算食物份量。

Measuring Spoon:Small amount of dry ingredients are measured in teaspoons and tablespoons. The scales for the capacity are clear and easily recognized. The amount of the food can be correctly calculated.

食物钳:以夹取食物或作烹调食物的器具,形如V字,属不锈钢原料。

Tong:They are used to pick up and transfer food. Its shape is just like a “V” and it is made of stainless steel.

量杯:量度液体的量器,每量杯约为250毫升(英式)。

Measuring Cup:It is commonly used to measure liquid. In general, one measuring cup is 250 ml(UK style).

磨刀棒:磨刀棒不是刀,但却是刀具中不可缺少的一部分,用来磨刀,保持刀刃锋利。

Knife Sharpener:it is not a knife but is an indispensible part in the chef’s knives, which is used to sharpen the knives and keep is sharp.

厨刀:厨刀是厨房中最常用的刀具,用来切块、片、丁等。靠近刀柄部位宽,渐渐变窄,前端是尖形的。刀片长260 mm,最适宜日常使用,稍大的适宜于切片、块,小的适宜于做细中工。

Chef’s knife:As the most common tool in the kitchen, it can be used to cut, slice and dicing, etc. It holds the shape of being wide at the handle, then becoming narrow gradually with a pointed shape at the front end. With the 260mm blade, it is most suitable for the daily use. The larger are for slicing and dicing, and the smaller for dilicate work.

手动打蛋器:一般在比较容易搅拌的情况下使用,如搅拌西餐沙拉中的油醋汁,以及搅拌鸡蛋、黄油和一些简单的面糊等。手动打蛋器只靠手的力量来搅拌,所以很难把蛋清或鲜奶油打发。根据烹调需要,还可选择自动打蛋器打发材料。

Manual egg beater:It is used to stir in the easier situations such as stirring oil and vinegar of the salad in the western food or stirring eggs, butter and some simple batter. Since it is powered by hands, developing the egg white or the fresh cream could be very difficult. Automatic beater could also be chosen when necessary.

厨叉:它是长柄、两齿的叉子,分量重,用来拣起和翻转肉或其他食物,其做工一定要坚实,能叉起重物。

Chef’s Fork:It has a long handle and two prongs with varied weight, mainly used to pick up or turn over meat or other food. In this way it must be made firmly in order to pick up heavey stuff.

喷枪:主要用途是结合其他奶油食品造型,进行色彩处理的重要工具。

Spray lance:It is mainly used to shape food combined with other cream materials and deal with the color.

撇沫器:撇沫器长柄,微呈杯形。可过滤食物,勺片薄,用来撇去液体食物中的泡沫和固体碎屑。

Skimmer:it is with a long handle and a circle-shaped head, which could be used to filter food, skim the foam and solid fragments.

勺:大号不锈钢的勺,用来搅拌和使用;漏勺用来从液体中捞起固体食物。

Ladle:The large-sized ladle could be used to stir and be on table with the capacity. Colander could be used to pick up the solid from the liquid.

车轮刀:带柄、刀片可旋转的圆形刀具,主要用来切面团和烤熟的比萨。

Wheel cutter:It is equipped with a handle and its blade could be rotated mainly to cut dough and the roasted pizza.

温度计:用来测量烹饪食物的温度,便于随时检测原料的温度是否符合标准。

Thermometer:It is used to mea-sure the tempreture of the cooked food and see wheather the tempreture of the ingredients meets the standard.

滚针打孔器:做饼干或比萨时用来给面片扎洞,比较均匀,而且方便快捷。

Needle Punch:It is use to punch the facets when making biscuits and pizza. It could be used evenly and conveniently.

水果挖球器:用来挖出可爱的水果球,装饰在布丁、果汁里面。另一端可挖出原料的坏肉,亦可削皮。

Fruit ball digger:It is used to dig lovely fruit balls to decorate pudding or juice insides. The other end could be used to dig out the rotten meat or to peel.
