烟熏香茅小牛柳 Smoked Beef Citronella
材料 小牛柳120克,柠檬草、香菜各少许,盐、黑胡椒碎各少许,橄榄油20克,老抽10毫升。
制作方法
1 将牛柳切块,用盐、黑胡椒碎、柠檬草、香菜腌制20分钟。
2 将腌制好的牛柳用香茅穿上。
3 将牛肉串放入密封罐里,用苹果木烟熏3分钟。
4 将牛肉串放入油锅中煎至所需成熟度,再放回密封罐。
5 上菜前往密封罐中加入烟熏即可。

Olive oil 20g
Soy sauce 10ml
Procedures
1 Cut the small beef fillet into slices, and preserve with salt, black pepper, lemon grass, coriander for 20 minutes.
2 Marinate beef with citronella wear.
3 Place the beef string in the jar, and use the apple wood to smoke for 3 minutes.
