烤三文鱼配红花汁 Baked Salmon with Saffron Sauce

材料 三文鱼排200克,土豆块100克,藏红花1克,奶油40毫升,白葡萄酒30毫升,盐、黑胡椒、黄油各少许。

制作方法

1 将带皮的三文鱼排用盐、黑胡椒腌制10分钟。

2 将腌制好的三文鱼在扒板上煎至成熟。

3 锅中加入少许盐和黄油烧沸,放入土豆块煮熟。

4 混合白葡萄酒、奶油和用开水浸泡过的藏红花制成汁。

5 装盘,在鱼排上淋上红花汁即可。

Procedures
