材料 鱿鱼1个,咖喱粉、面粉各50克,芝麻10克,鸡蛋液适量,植物油1升,鸡精10克。
制作方法
1 将清理干净的鱿鱼切圈。
2 混合咖喱粉、鸡精、面粉、芝麻。
3 将鱿鱼圈先拍上面粉,再裹上鸡蛋液,然后沾上混合粉。
4 将制作好的鱿鱼圈在170℃的热油中炸成金黄色。
5 出锅装盘,适量装饰即可。

Procedures
