材料 小牛柳200克,芝士、野生蘑菇各少许,盐、黑胡椒碎各少许,橄榄油20克。

制作方法

1 牛柳在室温下放置1小时,再撒上盐、黑胡椒碎,腌10分钟。

2 牛柳放入油锅中煎至三成熟,出锅,在两块牛柳中间夹上芝士。

3 将芝士牛柳放入烤箱中烤制3分钟,取出装盘。

4 搭配牛肉的原汁和野生蘑菇即可。

Wild mushroom A little

Salt A little

Black peppercorn A little

Olive oil 20g

Procedures

1 Place the small beef fillet at room temperature for an hour, sprinkle with salt and black peppercorn, Curing for ten minutes.

2 Place the beef fillet in the pan to heat for less ripe, insert cheese in the middle of two beef fillet.

3 Place the beef fillet in the oven to bake for three minutes and dish up.

4 Match with the beef juice and wild mushroom.
