材料 大明虾2只,蒜蓉、小葱末各20克,辣椒末10克,柠檬1个,盐、黑胡椒各少许,白葡萄酒25毫升。
制作方法
1 将大明虾去壳、去虾线,洗涤整理干净。
2 锅中加入黄油烧热,放入蒜蓉和辣椒末炒香。
3 下入大虾煎炒。
4 烹入白葡萄酒,加入盐、黑胡椒调味。
5 撒上小葱末,出锅装盘即可。

Ingredients
King prawn 2pcs
Garlic 20g
Chopped green onion 20g
Pepper chill 10g
Lemon 1pc
Salt A little
Black pepper A little
White wine 25ml
Procedures
Remove king prawn shell, shrimp line and wash clean.
Add butter to heat with garlic and pepper chill until fragrant.
Fry the prawn.
Cook with white wine, add salt and pepper to be tasty.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion out of the pot on the plate.
