奶油芦笋汤 Cream Asparagus Soup
奶油芦笋汤 Cream Asparagus Soup材料 芦笋250克,洋葱20克,黄油25克,盐、黑胡椒各少许,鸡汤底适量。
制作方法
1 将芦笋洗净,去根,切段。
2 洋葱切丝。
3 锅中加黄油烧热,下入洋葱丝炒出香味,再加入芦笋段炒香。
4 加入鸡汤底煮至芦笋软烂,再用打碎机搅拌成糊状。
5 将打好的汤二次加热,再加入盐、黑胡椒调味即可。

Procedures
