香橙蛋糕 Orange Cake

材料 黄油、糖各250克,鸡蛋6个,蛋糕粉150克,杏仁粉350克,泡打粉5克,橙皮碎少许,浓缩橙汁150克。

制作方法

1 混合黄油和糖,打发,再逐个加入鸡蛋搅打均匀。

2 加入蛋糕粉、杏仁粉、泡打粉、橙皮碎和浓缩橙汁搅匀。

3 将混合好的面糊放入烤盘中,用170℃烤制25分钟。

4 将冷却的蛋糕用模具制成圆形,搭配白巧克力即可。

Almond flour 350g

Baking powder 5g

Orange zest A little

Concentrate orange juice 150g

Procedures

1 Mix sugar and butter, add eggs one by one to cook.

2 Add cake flour, almond flour, baking powder, orange zest and concentrate orange juice to mix.

3 Put the mixture into the pan and bake for 25 minutes at 170℃.

4 The cooled cake is made into a round shape with a white chocolate.
