材料 牛奶30克,糖16克,蛋黄8克,鱼胶3克,黑巧克力80克,淡奶油120克。

制作方法

1 将30克淡奶油和牛奶煮开,再冲入加有糖的蛋黄中。

2 加热到85℃。

3 加入鱼胶和黑巧克力搅匀。

4 加入打发的淡奶油。

5 倒入模具中,冷冻成型,装盘搭配巧克力酱和酸樱桃即可。

Ingredients

Milk 30g

Sugar 16g

Egg yolk 8g

Fish gelatin 3g

Black chocolate 80g

Unsalted butter 120g

Procedures

1 Boil 30g of unsalted butter and milk, and add sugar into the egg yolk.

2 Heat to 85℃.

3 Stir with fish gelatin and black chocolate.

4 Add the whipped unsalted butter.

5 Put into the mold, freezing, and serve with chocolate sauce and sour cherries.
