凯撒沙拉 Caesar Salad

材料 西生菜200克,烟熏三文鱼3片,芝士棒1个,炒面包丁20克,芝士片、熟培根碎各10克,凯撒汁30克。

制作方法

1 将西生菜洗净,撕成小块。

2 用凯撒汁将生菜拌匀,装入盘中。

3 烟熏三文鱼卷成玫瑰花。

4 摆上芝士棒,撒上面包丁、芝士片、培根碎即可。

Ingredients

Lettuce romaine 200g

Smoked salmon 3pcs

Cheese bar 1pc

Fired bread 20g

Cooked bacon broken 10g

Cheese slices 10g

Caesar dressing 30g

Procedures

1 Clean up the Lettuce romaine, tear into small pieces.

2 Mix Lettuce romaine with Caesar dressing, dish up.

3 Roll Smoked Salmon into the shape of rose.

4 Place cheese bar,and sprinkle with Fired bread, cheese slices and Cooked Bacon broken.
