手工冰淇淋 Handy Ice-cream
材料 蛋黄13个,糖180克,蜂蜜200克,芒果果蓉400克,淡奶油750克。
制作方法
1 将糖、少许水放入锅中煮开,再冲入到打发的蛋黄中。
2 加入蜂蜜、芒果果蓉。
3 放入打发的淡奶油混合均匀。
4 冷冻后食用即可。
Ingredients

Sugar 180g
Pure honey 200g
Mango fruit puree 400g
Unsalted butter 750g
Procedures
1 Put the sugar and little water into the pot, pour into the foamed egg yolk.
2 Add pure honey and mango fruit puree.
3 Put into the foamed unsalted butter and mix.
4 Eat after freezing.
