材料 黄油250克,糖125克,鸡蛋5个,水30克,蛋糕粉400克,吉士酱、时令水果各适量。
制作方法
1 将黄油和糖混合打发。
2 逐个加入鸡蛋。
3 倒入水和蛋糕粉制成面团,用压面机压成0.5厘米厚的面皮。
4 将面皮放入塔壳模具内烤制成熟。
5 冷却后在塔壳内挤入吉士酱,用水果装饰即可。

Butter 250g
Sugar 125g
Egg 5pcs
Water 30g
Cake flour 400g
Custard sauce Appropriate
Seasonal fruits Appropriate
Procedures
1 Mix Butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2 Add eggs one by one.
3 Pour water and cake flour to make paste and get the slices that are 0.5 centimeter with the press flour machine.
4 Put the flour slices into mold and bake them.
5 Cool, squeeze the custard sauce into casing mold and decorate it with fruits.
