普罗旺斯羊排 Provence Lamb

材料 羊排3片,普罗旺斯烩蔬菜100克,面包糠、松仁碎各少许,大藏芥末20克,盐、黑胡椒、橄榄油、法香各少许。

制作方法

1 将羊排用盐、黑胡椒、橄榄油腌制10分钟。

2 把腌制好的羊排封煎上色。

3 将煎好的羊排抹上芥末,粘上混合好的面包糠、松仁碎、法香。

4 将羊排在200℃的烤箱中烤制所需的程度。

5 装盘配上羊肉汁即可。

Procedures

1 Marinate the lamb chops in salt, black pepper, olive oil for 10 minutes.

2 Fry and paint the color on marinated lamb chops.

3 Spread the lamb chops on mustard, stick the mixed breadcrumbs with pine nut and parsley.

4 Roast the lamb chops in the 200℃ oven till needed.
