巧克力芝士布朗尼 Chocolate Brownie Cheese

材料 黄油70克,奶油芝士190克,糖700克,鸡蛋6个,蛋糕粉250克,杏仁粉180克,可可粉120克,泡打粉、盐各5克,核桃仁200克。

制作方法

1 容器中放入黄油、奶油芝士、糖混合打发。

2 逐个磕入鸡蛋。

3 混合蛋糕粉、杏仁粉、可可粉、泡打粉、盐。

4 混合步骤2和步骤3中原料,再放入核桃仁。

5 倒入烤盘中,用180℃烤制成熟,取出放凉,切成块。

6 装盘,搭配巧克力即可。

Cake flour 250g

Almond flour 180g

Cocoa flour 120g

Baking flour 5g

Salt 5g

Walnut meat 200g

Procedures

1 Put the butter, cream cheese and sugar in container to mix.

2 Put the eggs into container one by one after breaking.

3 Mix cake powder, almond powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

4 Put the walnut meat after mix materials of step2 and step3.

5 Pour into the pan and bake it with 180℃ to ripe, Cool and cut it into pieces.

6 Serve with collocation of chocolate.
