核桃派 Pecan Pie

材料 糖1000克,淡奶油350克,核桃仁100克。

制作方法

1 将糖炒成焦糖色,加入淡奶油搅拌均匀。

2 加入核桃仁,降温后放入塔壳中。

3 装盘,搭配焦糖汁和糖花即可。

Ingredients

Sugar 1000g

Unsalted butter 350g

Walnut kernel 100g

Procedures

1 Sauté the sugar into coke sugar, and add the unsalted butter evenly.

2 Add the walnut kernel, and put in the tower shell after cooling.

3 Dish up and serve with the caramel sauce and sugar flowers.
