材料 大文蛤500克,蒜蓉25克,鲜法香碎5克,白葡萄酒25毫升,淡奶油35克,橄榄油20克。
制作方法
1 锅中加入橄榄油烧至温热,下入蒜蓉炒成金黄色。
2 下入处理好的文蛤。
3 加入适量白葡萄酒煮半分钟。
4 加入淡奶油至收稠汁水。
5 加入鲜法香碎,即可出锅装盘。
