意式小牛腩 Italian Beef Brisket
材料 小牛腩350克,洋葱、西芹、胡萝卜各30克,红酒1/2瓶,橄榄油、盐、胡椒粉各少许。
制作方法
1 将洋葱、西芹、胡萝卜分别切丁。
2 小牛腩用盐、胡椒粉腌制20分钟。
3 将小牛腩放入锅中煎上色。
4 锅中加入橄榄油,放入洋葱丁、西芹丁、胡萝卜丁炒香,再加入小牛腩。
5 加入红酒炖1小时至牛腩软烂即可。

Procedures
1 Dice the onion, celery and carrot.
