芝士蛋糕 Cheese Cake

材料 奶油芝士200克,砂糖75克,鸡蛋液150克,黄油110克。

制作方法

1 芝士和砂糖混合打软。

2 加入鸡蛋液搅匀。

3 加入熔化的黄油搅匀。

4 倒入模具中,隔水160℃烤制,冷却后改刀成长方形,装入盘子中。

5 搭配树莓汁点缀即可。

Ingredients

Cream cheese 200g

Sugar 75g

Egg mixture 150g

Butter 110g

Procedures

1 Mix and soften sugar and cheese.

2 Add in egg mixture and mix it up.

3 Add in melted butter and mix it up.

4 Put it into the mould. Bake at 160℃ separating the water, Cut the shope into rectangle after cooling down and put in the plate.

5 Decorate it with raspberry juice.
