法式洋葱汤 French Onion Soup
材料 洋葱500克,黄油100克,鸡汤或牛肉汤适量,盐少许。
制作方法
1 将洋葱切成细丝。
2 锅中加入黄油烧至温热,下入洋葱丝煸炒片刻。
3 将洋葱丝炒软呈金黄色。
4 加入适量鸡汤或牛肉汤煮20分钟。
5 出锅装盘时搭配芝士焗法包即可。

Procedures
