材料 烟熏三文鱼3片,芦笋100克,什锦生菜叶50克,樱桃番茄5个,芝士、黄瓜各20克,盐、胡椒粉各少许,橄榄油15克,香脂醋25毫升。

制作方法

1 芦笋洗净,切段,放入沸水中焯烫片刻,捞出过凉。

2 黄瓜洗净,切片;樱桃番茄洗净,切半;芝士切薄片。

3 将橄榄油、香脂醋、盐、胡椒粉放入碗中,制作成沙拉汁。

4 将烟熏三文鱼卷成花状。

5 将蔬菜和三文鱼花摆放在盘中,浇上沙拉汁即可。

Ingredients

Smoked salmon 3pcs

Asparagus 100g

Lettuce 50g

Cherry tomato 5pcs

Cheese 20g

Cucumber 20g

Salt A little

Pepper A little

Olive oil 15g

Balsamic vinegar 25ml

Procedures

1 Wash asparagus, cut them into segments and put them blanch in the boiling water for a while, remove them and rinse under running cool water.

2 Wash cucumbers and cut into slices. Wash cherry tomatoes, and cut them in half. Cut cheese into slices.

3 Place olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl to manufacture salad dressing.

4 Smoked salmon roll into flower.

5 Arrange vegetables and salmon on the plate, put the salad dressing sauce over the plate.
