材料 各种时令蔬菜500克,意大利面25克,蒜5克,洋葱块少许,橄榄油25毫升,番茄膏20克,盐、芝士粉各10克,什锦香草3克,鸡汤适量。
制作方法
1 将各种蔬菜切小片备用,蒜切成末。
2 锅中加入橄榄油烧热,下入洋葱块炒出香味,再加入蒜末炒香。
3 下入切好的时令蔬菜炒出香味,再加入番茄膏炒2分钟。
4 加入鸡汤、什锦香草、盐煮20分钟。
5 装盘时搭配适量意大利面和芝士粉即可。

Procedures
1 Cut all kinds of seasonal vegetables into small pieces, garlic cut into the end.
2 Add the olive oil into hot pot with the diced onion to sauté until being fragrant, and add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3 Put in the chopped vegetables and stir fry until being fragrant, then add tomato paste and stir to santé for 2 minutes.
4 dd chicken soup, salt, assorted vanillas and cook for 20 minutes.
