地中海海鲜沙拉 Mediterranean Seafood Salad

材料 青虾、扇贝、青口贝各3只,土豆、鸡蛋、番茄各1个,荷兰豆40克,意大利黑醋、橄榄油各20毫升,香葱10克,百里香适量。

制作方法

1 将青虾、扇贝和青口贝清理干净,焯水,冷却备用。

2 土豆、荷兰豆、鸡蛋洗净,分别煮熟,冷却备用。

3 番茄洗净,切成块。

4 混合黑醋、橄榄油、香葱碎、百里香制成沙拉汁。

5 把所有原料整齐地码放在盘中,淋上沙拉汁即可。

Procedures

1 Clean up the freshwater shrimp, pectinid and mussel, scald and cool to reserve.
