材料 黄油、糖、鸡蛋、蛋糕粉各100克,可可粉30克。

制作方法

1 将黄油、糖打发,加入鸡蛋打匀,再加入蛋糕粉搅拌均匀。

2 将一半的料留出备用。

3 将另一半料加入可可粉拌匀。

4 将两种面糊分别装入裱花袋,再交替挤成黑白相间的蛋糕坯。

5 用170℃烤制20分钟,取出冷却。

6 装盘,搭配咖啡豆和巧克力酱即可。

Ingredients

Butter 100g

Sugar 100g

Egg 100g

Cake flour 100g

Cocoa powder 30g

Procedures

1 Stir the butter and sugar, and add egg, add cake flour.

2 Set aside half of the material.

3 Add the cocoa powder into the other material and mix.

4 Put two types of batter into a pastry bag and alternatively squeeze into same color of white and black.

5 Bake for 20 minutes at 170℃ and take out for cooling.

6 Dish up and match with coffee beans and chocolate cream.
