法式烤三文鱼腹 French Roasted Salmonbelly
材料 三文鱼腹200克,红椒30克,香菜20克,柠檬半个,盐15克。
制作方法
1 将三文鱼腹去鳞,清理干净。
2 用盐将鱼腹的两面抹匀,腌10分钟备用。
3 红椒洗净,切丁;香菜去梗,洗净,切末,与红椒丁混合,再挤入少许柠檬汁拌匀,装盘。
4 将腌好的三文鱼腹背面朝上放入烤箱中,用240℃烤10分钟呈金黄色。
5 将鱼翻过来再烤4分钟,出炉装盘即可。

Procedures
1 Scale the salmon-belly, and clean up.
