Work on western food almost 10 years and used to be the chef in the Lafayette Hotel, worked as a private chef for Teleplay group of Hongkong in Beijing in 2011, skilled in cooking French, American, Italy cuisine and creative western food.

材料 鸡胸1个,农夫面包1个,生菜25克,黄瓜20克,番茄1个,薯条50克,盐、植物油、卡真粉各适量。

制作方法

1 将鸡胸用盐、植物油、卡真粉腌制五分钟。

2 将鸡肉放入180℃的烤箱中烤至成熟,切成片。

3 农夫面包切片,烤上色。

4 将面包两面抹上蛋黄酱。

5 将生菜、黄瓜、番茄、鸡胸片码放在面包上制成三明治。

6 装盘,配上薯条即可。

Ingredients

Chicken breast 1pc

Farmhouse bread 1pc

Lettuce 25g

Cucumber 20g

Tomato 1pc

French fries 50g

Salt Appropriate

Vegetable oil Appropriate

Cajun spice Appropriate

Procedures

1 Salting chicken breast with salt, vegetable oil, cajun spice for 5 minutes.

2 Put chicken breast in oven which degrees is 180℃ until it is done, and then cut in into pieces.

3 Cut farmhouse bread into pieces, and then toast them to provide color.

4 Mayonnaise the bread on both sides.

5 Put the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, piece of grade breast on the bread to make sandwich.

6 Dishing up with some French fries.
