材料 土豆250克,培根25克,大葱20克,黄油30克,香叶、盐、胡椒粉、淡奶油各少许,鸡汤底适量。
制作方法
1 将土豆去皮,洗净,切块;大葱切段;培根切末。
2 锅中加入黄油烧热,下入培根末炒至出油,再加入大葱炒出香味。
3 加入土豆块、香叶、鸡汤底煮至土豆软烂,再用打碎机搅拌成糊状。
4 二次加热后用盐、胡椒粉、淡奶油调味即可。

Procedures
