培根土豆汤 Bacon Potato Soup

材料 土豆250克,培根25克,大葱20克,黄油30克,香叶、盐、胡椒粉、淡奶油各少许,鸡汤底适量。

制作方法

1 将土豆去皮,洗净,切块;大葱切段;培根切末。

2 锅中加入黄油烧热,下入培根末炒至出油,再加入大葱炒出香味。

3 加入土豆块、香叶、鸡汤底煮至土豆软烂,再用打碎机搅拌成糊状。

4 二次加热后用盐、胡椒粉、淡奶油调味即可。

Green onion 20g

Butter 30g

Myrcia A little

Salt A little

Pepper A little

Unsalted butter A little

Chicken soup Appropriate

Procedures

1 Peel and wash up the potatoes, cut them into slices, cut the green onion into segments, and cut the bacon up.

2 Put butter in the pot and heat up, put the bacon in it and sauté until the oil is out, put the green onion in it and sauté until fragrant.

3 Add the potatoes, myrcia, chicken soup until potatoes are smashed, and then break it with beating crusher.
