鲜果香草奶冻 Fresh Vanilla Custard

材料 淡奶油200克,糖40克,香草条1/2条,鱼胶片1片,酸奶100克,橙子1个。

制作方法

1 将淡奶油、糖放入锅中煮开,再加入香草条浸泡半小时,然后加入鱼胶片;橙子洗净,去皮,切丁。

2 温度降到30℃,加入酸奶搅拌均匀。

3 倒入模具中冷冻成型,搭配橙子丁即可。

Ingredients

Unsalted butter 200g

Sugar 40g

Herb 1/2pc

Gelatin sheets 1pc

Yogurt 100g

Orange 1pc

Procedures

1 Put the unsalted butter and sugar and boil, soak the herb for half hour, put the gelatin sheets in. Get the orange washed up, peeled, diced.

2 Put in the yogurt and mix well at 30℃.

3 Put it into the mold until it is frozen and serve with the orange.
