材料 T骨牛排1个,时令蔬菜100克,黑椒汁少许,盐、黑胡椒、黄油、橄榄油各适量。

制作方法

1 将T骨牛排用盐、黑胡椒、橄榄油腌制10分钟。

2 将时令蔬菜切配好,用黄油炒熟。

3 锅中加入黄油烧热,下入T骨牛排煎至所需的程度。

4 出锅装盘,搭配炒熟的时令蔬菜和黑椒汁即可。

Olive oil Appropriate

Procedures

1 Pickle T-bone steak with salt, black pepper, olive oil for 10 minutes.

2 Cut the seasonal vegetables and sauté with butter.
