材料 小牛西冷2片,什锦蔬菜100克,盐、黑胡椒、辣椒粉、植物油各适量。

制作方法

1 将小牛西冷、什锦蔬菜用盐、黑胡椒、辣椒粉、植物油腌制24小时。

2 用肉针把牛排筋络扎透。

3 将什锦蔬菜下入油锅中炒熟。

4 锅中加油烧热,下入牛排煎至需要的成熟度。
