烤鸡胸沙拉 Baked Chicken Breast Salad

材料 鸡胸1块,洋葱、菲达芝士各30克,番茄1个,黄瓜20克,柠檬、混合生菜各适量,盐、胡椒粉各少许。

制作方法

1 鸡胸放入碗中,加入盐、胡椒粉拌匀,腌20分钟。

2 将腌好的鸡胸放入烤箱内烤制8分钟。

3 取出熟鸡胸,切片备用。

4 番茄洗净,切块;黄瓜洗净,切片;混合生菜、芝士片、鸡胸片码放在盘内。

5 将洋葱碎、柠檬汁、橄榄油、盐、胡椒粉混合均匀,制成沙拉汁。

6 将沙拉汁浇在摆好的沙拉上即可。

Procedures

2 Place pickled chicken breasts into the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
