材料 日式冷冻拉面1块,叉烧肉2片,熟鸡蛋半个,麻笋、香葱、裙带菜各少许,葱油少许,味增酱50克,猪骨汁100毫升。

制作方法

1 锅内放入500毫升清水烧开,放入拉面煮熟,捞出备用。

2 另起一锅,放入500毫升清水烧开,再放入调料煮开,倒入碗内。

3 将拉面放入汤内,将配料摆在上面即可。

Barbecue pork 2pcs

Cooked egg 1/2pc

Ma bamboo shoots A little

Chive A little

Undaria pinnitafida A little

Scallion oil A little

Miso sauce 50g

Pork sauce 100ml

Procedures

1 Bring a pot of water to boil 500ml, put into pulled-noodle to cook, and remove it for spare.
