修女泡芙 Nun Cream Puff

材料 水、面粉各250克,黄油200克,鸡蛋8个,吉士奶油适量。

制作方法

1 黄油和水放入锅中煮至沸腾。

2 加入面粉搅拌均匀,离火。

3 面糊降温后分次加入鸡蛋液,搅匀。

4 将面糊装进裱花袋里,挤成圆球状,用200℃烤制30分钟,取出冷却。

5 在冷却的修女泡芙中夹入吉士奶油,装盘,点缀少许巧克力碎片即可。

Procedures

1 Put butter and water into the pot and boil it.

2 Add flour and mix well and be off the fire.

3 Cool the batter, mix with egg liquid, and then stir evenly.

4 Pour the batter into a piping bag, squeeze into ball shape, bake for 30 minutes at 200℃, remove to cool.

5 Add custard cream in cool puff and serve with a little chocolate chip.
