红糖坚果蛋糕 Brown Sugar Nut Cake

材料 黄油100克,糖75克,鸡蛋90克,蛋糕粉、牛奶、枸杞各10克,泡打粉2克,杏仁粉20克,红豆50克。

制作方法

1 混合黄油和糖,打发。

2 加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀。

3 加入蛋糕粉、泡打粉、杏仁粉、牛奶、红豆和枸杞混合均匀。

4 将蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中,在175℃的烤箱中烤制25分钟。

5 取出蛋糕冷却,切成长方形,装盘,搭配红糖和少许坚果即可。

Cake flour 10g

Milk 10g

Medlar 10g

Baking powder 2g

Almond powder 20g

Jumby bean 50g

Procedures

1 Mix the butter and the sugar to fermentation.

2 Add the eggs and mix them together.

3 Add cake power, baking power, almond power, milk, jumby bean and melar and mix them to a smooth paste.

4 Put the cake batter on ovenware and roast them at 175℃ for 20 mins.

5 Take out the cake and cool it down. Cut it into a rectangle, put it on a tray and accompany it with some brown sugar and a few nuts.
