荷兰沙司 Dutch Sauce

材料鸡蛋3个,热水45毫升,无盐牛油175克,柠檬1个,盐、胡椒各少许。
制作方法
1 将牛油用热水隔开溶化。
2 滤出牛油清。
3 取出蛋黄倒入碗中,加入牛油清,顺时针方向搅拌。
4 一边搅打,一边加入柠檬汁,再加入盐和胡椒调味。
5 搅打成乳状,调入胡椒即可。

Hot water 45ml
Unsalted butter(clarified) 175g
Lemmon 1pc
Salt A little
Pepper A little
Procedures
1 Melt the butter with hot water.
2 Filter to get the clarified butter.
3 Put the clarified butter into the egg yolks in the bowl and stir clockwise.
4 Add lemmon as stiring and put the salt and fresh pepper in.
5 Stir until it is milky and add again the fresh pepper in it.
