炸鱼配薯条 Fish and Chips
材料 鲷鱼150克,炸薯条70克,蛋黄酱35克,洋葱末10克,熟鸡蛋碎、柠檬各1个,酸黄瓜碎15克,盐、白胡椒粉、面粉、法香、泡打粉各少许,植物油适量。
制作方法
1 将鲷鱼切条,用盐、白胡椒粉、法香腌制10分钟。
2 混合面粉、泡打粉,加适量水制成炸鱼糊。
3 锅中加油烧至180℃,放入裹匀炸鱼糊的鱼柳炸至成熟。
4 混合蛋黄酱、洋葱末、熟鸡蛋碎、酸黄瓜碎和适量柠檬汁制成酱汁。
5 装盘,配上炸薯条和酱汁即可。

Procedures
1 Cut the sea bream into strips and use salt, white pepper, parsley leaves to pickle for 10 minutes.
2 Mix wheat flour, baking powder, add appropriate amount of water to make fish paste.
3 Add oil to heat until 180℃.
4 Mix mayonnaise, chopped onion, cooked egg, sour cucumber and an amount of lemon juice.
5 Dish up and matched with French fries and sauce.
