香肠拼盘 Sausage Platter

材料 各种德国香肠适量,土豆泥、酸椰菜各100克,牛奶25毫升,黄油15克,盐、胡椒粉各少许。
制作方法
1 将香肠在开水中煮3分钟。
2 将控干水分的香肠用黄油煎上色。
3 将牛奶烧开,加入黄油、盐、胡椒粉、土豆泥搅拌均匀。
4 酸椰菜放入锅中炒热备用。
5 装盘,搭配法式芥末即可。

Procedures
1 Boil the sausages in the boiling water for 3 minutes.
