德式猪排 German-style Pig Rid
材料 猪外脊200克,煮土豆100克,柠檬1个,水瓜柳20克,鸡蛋液适量,盐、胡椒粉、黄油、面粉、面包糠各适量。
制作方法
1 将猪外脊切片,用盐、胡椒粉腌制10分钟。
2 将腌制好的猪外脊拍上面粉,蘸匀鸡蛋液,再裹上面包糠。
3 将黄油放入锅中烧至熔化。
4 放入猪外脊半煎半炸至熟。
5 装盘,搭配煮熟的土豆、柠檬角和水瓜柳即可。

Procedures
1 Slice pig rid and cure with salt, pepper for 10 minutes.
2 Spread flour on marinated pig rid, stir egg liquid, and then wrap breadcrumbs.
3 Put butter into the pan and melt it.
4 Put pig rid in the pot to fry until half cooked.
5 Dish up, match with boiled potatoes, lemon wedge and caper.
