意大利烩小牛膝骨 Italy Braised Veal Bone
材料 小牛膝骨2片,洋葱、西芹、胡萝卜各30克,番茄2个,盐、黑胡椒、黄油、面粉各适量。
制作方法
1 将小牛膝骨用盐、黑胡椒腌制10分钟,再拍上一层薄面粉。
2 锅中加入黄油烧热,下入小牛膝骨煎至两面上色。
3 将洋葱、西芹、胡萝卜、番茄用打碎机打成末。
4 将各种蔬菜末放入开水锅中烧沸,再下入煎好的牛膝骨烧至2小时。
5 出锅装盘,搭配意大利烩米饭即可。

Procedures
1 Cure veal shank with salt, black pepper 10 mins and put thin flour.
2 Pull oil into pot, heat it, put veal shank and then fry it to color it in sides.
3 Cut off onion, celery, carrot, tomato by beater.
4 Put vegetable in heated water pot until boiled; put veal shank in pot for 2 hours.
5 Take it out, dish up, combine with risotto.
