三色果味鱼子 Three Color Fruity Fish Roe

材料 3种果汁各200毫升,钙粉8克,海藻胶15克。

制作方法

1 将3种果汁分别混合海藻胶,加热后冷却。

2 将钙粉和清水混合均匀。

3 将3种果汁分别滴入钙水中,形成鱼子状。

4 捞出鱼子,在清水中浸一下即可。

Procedures
