奶汁意面 Cream S etti
材料 意大利面150克,培根30克,洋葱10克,蒜5克,蘑菇20克,鸡蛋黄1个,淡奶油50毫升,盐、黑胡椒碎、法香碎、芝士粉各少许,白葡萄酒15毫升。

Pasta 150g
Bacon 30g
Onion 10g
Garlic 5g
Mushroom 20g
Egg yolk 1pc
Unsalted butter 50ml
Salt A little
Black pepper A little
Parsley flakes A little
Cheese powder A little
White wine 15ml
制作方法
1 洋葱、蒜均切末;培根切丝;蘑菇切片。
2 锅中加入橄榄油,下入培根丝炒至出油,再加入蘑菇片、洋葱末、蒜末炒香。
3 加入盐、白葡萄酒和淡奶油。
4 加入煮好的意面,将奶油收稠。
5 离火后加入鸡蛋黄迅速搅拌均匀。
6 装盘时撒上适量芝士粉、黑胡椒碎和法香碎即可。

Procedures
1 Cut onion and garlic into powder, cut bacon into wire, cut mushrooms into slices.
2 Sauté the bacon with olive oil and add the mushrooms, onion garlic.
3 Add salt, white wine and unsalted butter.
4 Add the pasta and make the cream dense.
5 Add the raw egg yolk and stir quickly after turning off the heat.
6 Sprinkle cheese powder, black pepper and parsley flakes as placing it.
