材料 春鸡1只,洋葱丁、胡萝卜丁、西芹丁各25克,蒜末10克,盐、胡椒粉各少许,甜红粉、五香粉各5克。

制作方法

1 将春鸡切开一分为二。

2 混合洋葱丁、西芹丁、胡萝卜丁、蒜末、盐、胡椒粉、甜红粉、五香粉,塞入鸡腹中腌制春鸡,一边腌制一边按摩,揉搓15分钟,让鸡肉更加入味。

3 将腌制好的春鸡在扒板上煎上色,烤熟即可。
