材料 牛柳500克,红洋葱1/2个,黄瓜40克,樱桃番茄20克,紫苏叶3片,香菜20克,罗勒叶3片,姜、蒜各10克,小米辣5克,烤花生适量,青柠汁、芝麻油各15毫升,鱼露10毫升,酱油10克,黄糖5克。
制作方法
1 将姜、蒜切碎;洋葱切丝;樱桃番茄对开;黄瓜切薄片;小米辣切圈;烤花生拍碎;香菜切段。
2 混合青柠汁、黄糖、酱油、芝麻油、鱼露、姜末、蒜末成汁水。
3 将牛柳用调好的汁水腌制两小时。
4 将牛柳烤熟后放置10分钟。
5 将樱桃番茄、黄瓜片、洋葱丝、小米辣圈、香菜段、罗勒叶、花生碎放入容器中。
6 牛柳切薄片,盖在混合好的蔬菜上,浇上调制好的汁水即可。

Ingredients
Beef tenderloin 500g
Red onion 1/2pc
Cucumber 40g
Cherry tomato 20g
Folia perillae acutae 3pcs
Coriander 20g
Basil leave 3pcs
Ginger 10g
Garlic 10g
Millet pepper 5g
Roasted peanut Appropriate
Kaffic lime 15ml
Sesame oil 15ml
Fish sauce 10ml
Soy sauce 10g
Brown sugar 5g
Procedures
1 Chop up ginger and garlic. Chop onion into thin shreds. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cut cucumbers into slices. Cut millet peppers into circles. Break roasted peanut to pieces. Cut coriander into segments.
2 Mix up kaffic lime, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, chopped ginger, chopped garlic to manufacture juice.
3 Pickle beef tenderloin with the juice for two hours.
4 Bake beef tenderloin and then place them for ten minutes.
5 Place tomatoes, cucumber pieces, onion shreds, millet peppers, coriander segments, basil leave, peanut pieces into container.
6 Cut beef tenderloin into slices, and put them over composite vegetables, pour over modulation juice.
